The design has been oriented to the solution of specific customer requests both on production data and on technical/technological data required. It was therefore a customized design that required different technical skills.
We are dedicated to the construction of a continuous belt leavening proofer, with several autonomous areas of air conditioning, and a consequent cooking by means of a baking tunnel oven with stainless steel mesh combined cooking technology, such as convection heating with infrared lamp support (radiant heating).
